No Offer Description The research and teaching activity is part of the HumanTech project of the Departments of Excellence, which investigates the relationship between people and digital technologies, with the aim of proposing models and processes for the development and adoption of technologies that foster sustainable and inclusive industrial systems. The candidate will apply the theories of work and organizational psychology to study the interaction between technology, people, work, and organization, and to identify solutions that lead to well-being and inclusion in work, organizations, and society. Relevant research and teaching topics to be developed in coherence with HumanTech and the Department Research Lines are the interaction between work and organizational design and technological factors, the relationship between technology and well-being in the workplace, and the role of technology in promoting diversity and inclusion in organizations and society.
