We are seeking an AIT ENGINEER to take care of the integration and alignment of our opto-mechanical systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Telescope mechanical integration Telescope optical alignment (mainly in Cleanroom) Electro-optical instrumentation utilization (interferometers, theodolite, CCD cameras, etc) Integration, alignment and validation of measurement set up Telescope optical data processing Test report production REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Degree in Physics or in Engineering, a high-school diploma can be accepted if the candidate has more than 3 years of experience in opto-mechanical systems integration Work Experience: 1 – 3 years Optical fundamentals Experience in mechanical integration of optomechanical systems Experience in the use of instruments and standard tools Capability in reading of mechanical drawings Strong analytical and problem-solving attitude Attitude to team working and collaboration with Engineering PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of optical images processing Fundamentals of interferometric measurements Experience in optical alignment of optomechanical systems Experience in preparation of optomechanical system measurement set up Knowledge of Zemax ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Contract: permanent Working time: full time, requires on-site presence only Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Engineering and Information Technology Aviation and Aerospace Component Manufacturing J-18808-Ljbffr
