The Senior Manager Marketing will lead our marketing strategy across a cluster of countries, including the UK, Ireland, Italy, and Spain. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to manage local marketing/product managers who will define and implement regional marketing plans. Importantly, the cluster leader will align with our European marketing vision and strategy to drive business growth and competitive wins through the cluster. This role will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle and ensuring an in-depth understanding of the business, industry, and competitor trends within their countries of responsibility. The incumbent will also align with the new European competencies around customer experience and scientific marketing, and tailor and execute in the responsible countries.This position is part of the Commercial Organization located in Italy and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.Job Title : Senior Manager Marketing – UKI, Italy and Spain ClusterIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:Develop and implement regional marketing strategies for the UK, Ireland, Italy, and Spain, ensuring alignment with European marketing strategies and product management initiatives.Deploy product commercialisation through European launch excellence framework.Oversee cluster product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, from concept to launch to post-launch analysis.Monitor and proactively act to relevant market trends, competitor activities, and key customer operational needs.Partner with European Marketing for the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.Ensure an in-depth understanding of consumer insights and using these to drive strategic marketing decisions and impactful activities.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of local marketing professionals across the cluster.Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.Align on product, price and positioning in the targeted customer market of each country.Partner on concepts and activities around total customer experience and act as liaison between European vision of Cx and the customer.Adopt and tailor scientific marketing approach led through new European team for customer identification and engagementThe essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus with proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing management role within the IVD or healthcare industry, with direct report experience.Broad experience working in the public healthcare market. Specific responsibilities in Italy, Spain and UK a plus.In-depth knowledge of the regulatory environment in the IVD/healthcare industry.Excellent leadership skills with proven track record in building and developing a high-performance team, constantly maintaining and driving a mind-set focused on hiring and developing top talent.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Fluency in English.
