Global CBS Training Methodology management: Provide methodological guidance on the best way to build effective training packages that deliver knowledge and practical application simultaneously (Kaizen / training packages, communities of practice, mentoring, storytelling process, …). Validate the training packages provided by the CBS Regional teams and Global/Regional Subject Matter Experts regarding content and flow alignment with the methodological guidelines provided. Collect feedback from participants and recommend items to be shared with the CBS specific Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the globe for the training material enhancement, following up to guarantee proper integration. Training planning and execution management: Create and maintain the process to certify experts needed by each region/area, with the support of the CBS leaders and SMEs who define the requirements. Build and maintain the training calendar for each methodology or tool. Allocate certified facilitators efficiently to perform the trainings – in person, virtual, or hybrid. Ensure the basic levels of competence growth are certified globally, in line with guidelines provided. Manage the competences through registration on the CNH LMS (CNH iLearn). Global Best Practices management and competence process integration: Create and maintain the process to collect Best Practices from Kaizen, innovations, RCPS, and have them validated by experts. Ensure that validated best practices are converted into effective knowledge articles and training materials to facilitate extension. Monitor & continuously improve the overall Best Practice process Extension to Point of Impact globally, to sustain and accelerate improvements of Focused Five results. Critical Candidate Characteristics, Skills and Experience: Education Undergraduate degree in engineering, business, or other area related to the core function. Graduate on business or computer science is desired. Professional & Personal Minimum of 10 years’ experience in complex product design and Industrial manufacturing business. Extensive knowledge of continuous improvements process and tools coming from lean methodology application on complex operations. Proven experience in using/teaching Lean Toolsets, Root Cause Problem Solving, and similar continuous improvement methods to deliver high rates of year-over-year improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Profitability, and Customer satisfaction. Good experience in building and maintaining world-class Quality Systems including QFD (Quality Function Deployment), Advanced Quality Planning for New Products, FMEA (Process/Design), Control Plans, Mistake Proofing / Visual Process Controls, and Human Error Management. Experience driving increased customer focus, understanding, and value creation across a very internally focused organization. Innovative thinker, but even more importantly, able to help other leaders and teams get “outside the box” and drive “breakthrough thinking.” Critical Leadership skills/experience: Fluency in English, spoken and written.
