Job Overview: As a Business Development Sales Representative, you will lead Tilt’s launch in a new country by building an initial critical mass of sellers. This role requires a strong sales background, expertise in fashion liveselling, and a passion for fashion and live shopping. You’ll identify and onboard key sellers—from influencers to independent retailers—to ensure a successful platform launch. Key Responsibilities: Market Research : Analyze local liveselling trends and target demographics. Seller Acquisition : Apply sales skills to engage and secure top fashion sellers. Relationship Building : Build lasting relationships with sellers, encouraging active use of Tilt. Pipeline Management : Manage a pipeline, focusing on meeting acquisition goals. Seller Training : Support new sellers in maximizing live-selling techniques. Community Building : Establish a strong, engaging seller community. Requirements: Sales Skills : Proven sales/business development success, ideally in fashion or e-commerce. Fashion Liveselling Knowledge : Familiar with live shopping and fashion trends.
