Specialised in leather goods, lifestyle accessories, home furnishings, perfumery, jewellery, watches and ready-to-wear.
Location - Milan, central.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Management team in overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals, as well as ensure induction training for new arrivals.
Provide exceptional customer service and styling advice, ensuring all clients receive a personalized and luxury shopping experience.
Develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships with customers in the long term.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, suggesting and implementing strategies to optimize store profitability.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar or higher role in luxury retail.
Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
Energetic, confident, and with a target-driven attitude.
Driven sales consultant who is passionate about fashion and client relationship building.
Well-spoken, excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management, staff, and clients.
Fluent in English and Italian, a third language is a plus.
Offering:
Salary up to €60K, depending on experience.
