RESPONSIBILITIES
The resource will cover the Logistic Manager's role planning and coordinating logistic activities related to product management. The resource will be responsible for ensuring optimal synergy among the departments of Industrialisation, Purchasing, and Operational Logistics, ensuring deadlines and specifications are adhered to. Main responsibilities include the monitoring of supply flows, controlling required stocks, and supervision of transport and warehouse activities.
The aim is to ensure all resources align to have an efficient and timely project, optimise logistics processes, and minimise the risk of delays or inefficiencies.
MAIN ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Planning and coordination of material consignments to suppliers and third parties
2. Planning and management of material shipments from suppliers to IDV partners
3. Inventory management at IDV partners
4. Continuous monitoring of a rolling list of components or parts to be delivered, adapting to possible changes and new needs that may appear over time
5. Working with Purchasing to establish lot sizes, delivery conditions, and other logistical specifications, ensuring that every detail is aligned to the needs of the project
6. Checking that each order is correctly entered into SAP, approved, and available on the system (CSCN) to avoid delays and ensure traceability
7. Creating periodic reports about the progress of each component to track timelines and provide a clear view to all departments involved
8. Setting up logistics parameters in SAP/CLICK to manage and isolate the first supply, ensuring that it is tracked appropriately
9. Monitoring component storage arrangements at IDV partners and interfacing with IDV partner managers to improve conditions, and coordinating packaging creation activities with Logistic Engineering IDV or suppliers
REQUIRED SKILLS
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering
2. WCM: PM, EEM, WO, CD, QC, LOG
