MISSION
Consolidate sales information from all regions; prepare analyzed and filtered reports for the Business Unit Director.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
1. Consolidate the sales BBP (sales, prices, LTC’s…) working together with Sales Directors, KAM’s and Project Managers.
2. Consolidate Global Data report (CAPEX and other project development costs) working together with Project Managers and Control.
3. Prepare the monthly report of Business Opportunity List (BOL) and inform BUD, Holding Committee and Regional Directors.
4. Prepare the monthly commercial information for the BU Reports to CSO.
5. Develop and update the world-wide market study for the BU.
6. Support to Engineering area (POs engineering hours, system accesses).
7. Commissions and NREs invoicing.
8. Other tasks as assistant (meeting arrangements, employees access, incomes & payments follow-up, department layout).
9. Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
10. Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.
11. Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OSHE rules, ensuring they are properly used.
12. Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OSHE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Academic background:
Professional training, mainly in administration
Languages:
Fluent in local language & Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Experience:
5 years in similar position in a Commercial Area
Travel:
Availability to travel
OTHER SPECIFICATIONS
Academic background:
Medium bachelor degree, mainly in administration
Additional training: Knowledge in Ficosa internal tools (TCTP, BDP, BOL…) would be a plus
