Partner with the best As a Commercial Operation Manager within the GTS Contractual Services Team, you will play an essential role in the growth of the Commercial COE. You will closely work together with the Sales Manager with a high level of autonomy. As a CS Commercial Operation Manager, you will be responsible for: Driving commitment growth for Contractual Services Contributing to New Equipment deals supporting TCO Analysis with LCC’s and Budgetary proposals Negotiating and closing commercial proposals and supporting complex deals Managing overall project proposal strategy arranging the Bid-to-Win process Achieving financial and operational targets (e.g., identifying new deals, building up new opportunities) Supporting the Sales Force in opportunity development/assessment with Customers Identifying with the Application Engineering Team the best solutions to meet Customers' "Critical to Quality" (CTQs) Preparing commercial proposals, guaranteeing Quality completeness, and Time responsiveness Coordinating Functions (Legal, Finance, Risk, Manufacturing, Technical Assistance, Sales Force, Global Services P&Ls) during proposal preparation and follow-up Defining strategy on Price and Margin and leveraging ROI evaluation Ensuring compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment Leading Hand-Off for project execution phase (OTR) (supported by the team) Tracking, monitoring, and reporting the assigned projects (CMS tool management) To be successful in this role you will: Have a degree in engineering (Mechanical/Aeronautical preferred) Have good experience in a technical/commercial role or in Operations role, preferably developed in Oil & Gas Sectors Be a self-starter & able to work on your own initiative.
