High-impact Project Manager sought for photovoltaic energy plants exceeding 30 MW.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive Project Management Plan to ensure successful project execution.
* Coordinate all project phases, including design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
* Monitor project development, control costs and timelines, and implement action plans to address deviations.
* Validate the technical documentation of the project.
* Generate detailed project progress reports.
* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, managing subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
* Lead and manage the Project Team, ensuring optimal resource allocation and team performance.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing preventive action plans.
* Oversee Quality & Environmental Management and ensure safety compliance.
* Foster a strong technical relationship with the client, promoting collaboration and trust.
Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental (HSQE) Requirements:
* Comply with all safety regulations and procedures.
* Report and support the investigation of any incidents or risks.
* Ensure proper use of machinery, equipment, and PPE.
* Participate in mandatory safety and risk management training.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager in photovoltaic energy plants exceeding 30 MW.
* Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering.
* Languages: Native Italian speaker; English or Spanish at B2 level is desirable.
* Additional Skills: Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Mobility: Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
