This position is responsible to support our DMC through personnel management with a particular focus on talent and culture within the organization
Main tasks & responsibilities
1. Supports day to day Talent & Culture process and employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, pay & benefits administration and offboarding
2. Undertakes activities and processes in compliance with local legislation and internal policy
3. Provides guidance to team leaders and supervisors, in managing day to day issues
4. Provides advice and guidance to colleagues on Talent & Culture processes and administration
5. Maintains accurate and confidential colleague records (hard and soft copy) and provides necessary documentation (payslips, letters etc)
6. Undertakes activities to build and reinforce a positive culture, including local engagement framework
7. Is actively involved in ensuring a healthy and safe environment for colleagues
Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
8. Bachelor’s degree OR Diploma with a qualification in a relevant area
9. 4-6 years of experience in a relevant industry OR 6-8 years of experience in a relevant industry
10. Fluent English Level
