**Eurointerim S.p.A.**, in support of our internal growth, is seeking a professional to be placed within the Recruiting & Selection function at our Suzzara branch.

**Job Title:** Recruiter

**Job Description: The sought-after professional will manage recruitment and selection activities as part of their team, working closely with other team members and contributing actively to achieving the goals defined by management and agreed upon with their workgroup. This role operates in a dynamic and flexible operational context that provides cutting-edge technological solutions for recruiting and supports a people-oriented approach.

* Job Analysis, Interviews, Evaluation, and Preparation of Candidate Files
* Activation of Recruitment Channels, Publication of Job Ads, Screening of CVs, Competence Assessment
* Independent Management of Assigned Staff Research and Potential Testing Activities Using Innovative Software
* Personnel Recruitment and Selection
* External Contact, Development of New Collaborations (Schools, Universities, Municipalities, etc.) and Participation in Events
* Client Company Relations, Consulting on Selection Topics, and Managing Working Relationships
* Staff Management and Support for Personnel Administration Activities

**Required Skills: To perform the role of Recruiter, the following requirements are needed:

* Experience in personnel selection acquired at an employment agency
* Readiness to interact with the public and engage in interpersonal relationships
* Achievement-driven attitude

**Completing the Profile: Passion for the world of Human Resources, Independent Character, Desire to Take Risks and Set Up One's Professional Activity from the Front Line.

**Type of Employment: Based on experience, either direct employment with a fixed-term contract or unlimited contract will be considered.

**Remuneration: Commensurate with experience, to be determined with the company direction.
