In Job S.p.A. – Milan's Career Center is hiring a HR Data Specialist for a lead company in the pharmaceutical industry. The primary purpose of an HR Data Specialist is to ensure accurate, efficient, and strategic management of HR data to support the organization's decision-making and operational processes. She/He is critical in gathering, analyzing, and maintaining employee data to provide insights into workforce trends, improve HR efficiency and support organizational objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Italy Data HR responsible: - Data HR Systems (SAP HCM) management for Italy – update and maintain italian Employee's data - Control and ensure data quality for employee's data for the entire perimeter of Italy - Give support to the HR data responsible of the rest of the countries: monitor the quality of control for other countries, train them, ensuring quality. Ensure they follow the rules. - Collaborate with People Admin. team to ensure the information flows from payroll to SAP HCM in efficient way (on time, correct) - Ensure Compliance and data Security of our systems 2) Data Analysis and reporting: Maintain and ensure data quality of our HR reporting. Propose and implement improvements. 3) HR Data & Digital transformation: support the project to develop digital & analytics solutions to answer questions of HRBPs, Center of Competence. JOB REQUIREMENTS - Degree: A scientific background, whether gained academically or through work experience, is preferred. - Experience: Proven experience in HR or data-related roles, with proficiency in HR systems, analytical tools, project management and collaboration. - Data Management & Analysis: Expertise in data analysis tools, data cleaning and manipulation and data visualization. - Human Resources Information System (HRIS): Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and payroll systems; skilled in data entry and maintenance. - Reporting & Business Intelligence (BI): Proficient in reporting tools like Power BI and KPI tracking; skilled in Excel and PowerPoint. - Analytical Thinking: Strong skills in data interpretation, problem-solving, and attention to detail. - Data Privacy and Compliance: Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements. - Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. - Project Management: Strong project management skills.
