Location: Roncello Hybrid Work You support our team as Manager Global Procurement Segment Indirect Spend Projects Responsibilities Lead strategic procurement strategy and project definition in alignment with the Director with the goal to ensure best material cost and availability. Lead procurement activities for capital expenditure projects, including equipment, machinery, and infrastructure. Manage the procurement of various services, including maintenance, repair, and operations, professional services, and facilities management. Identify and implement best practices in indirect procurement to enhance efficiency. Develop and standardize procurement processes (e.g., tender templates, bid comparison) with local management. Support cross-functional teams in creating compliant spend management processes (e.g., P2P, tender documentation). Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and value optimization. Review and develop global contract types for local adaptation. Support big ticket contract negotiations and check compliance relevant content. Ensure compliant contract storage (Doxis). Support local entities on big ticket projects in terms of tender and supplier selection. Provide training to local entities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in indirect procurement, with a focus on Capex and services. Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills. Proven project management experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, any knowledge of German will be an asset. Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
