TXT E-TECH is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Software Technical Leader to lead our software development team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for mentoring and developing top-tier software engineers. As a Software Technical Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical direction of our projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Main responsabilities:
Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship;
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables;
Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation;
Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members;
Identify and address technical challenges and risks, proposing viable solutions;
Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Required skills:
Proven years of experience as a software engineer, with a minimum of 2 years in a technical leadership role;
Good knowledge of at least one language among C, C++ and C#;
Knowledge of Javascript or Typescript;
Good knowledge of software architecture and in design principles;
Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools;
Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively lead and inspire a team complete the profile.
