In order to support the growth of the HR department, we have been entrusted with the search for a Senior HR Business Partner. Il tuo nuovo ruolo Reporting directly to the CEO and dotted to HR EMEA Director, the person will be part of the regional EMEA HR team and will be in charge of the people strategy for the business unit in compliance with corporate requirements, policies and procedures. In particular he/she will be responsible for: HR partnering: acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from stakeholders and employees, provide effective advice and coaching to key stakeholders having a clear understanding of the business and future challenges. Empower leadership to handle any people matters in the organization; People development: identify training needs and deploy L&D activities in aligning training programs with business objectives. Implement the people-related development plans, working back to back with line managers to monitor and grow employees’ engagement. Actively participate to corporate development programs for key employees; Strategic workforce planning: focusing on the existing workforce in the organization, identify gaps and need to design new competitive organization. Ensure the company’s workforce has the right size, shape, cost, agility anticipating future skills required from the context; Talent acquisition and succession planning: attract, select and retain the best talent throughout the use of corporate selection tools. Develop key talent to ensure there is sufficient bench strength to fill in critical roles; Employee engagement: maintain a culture of engagement and innovation and monitor it through periodic surveys and internal tools; Performance management: ensure consistency with performance management process and deadlines; Unions negotiations: where relevant, co-ordinate with work councils and unions to drive positive employee relations; Total rewards: in collaboration with EMEA team and leveraging corporate HRIS, implement total rewards programs that are competitive in the market. Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo The ideal candidate has a Master degree level and a solid HR partner experience of minimum 8-10 years’ within international environments, preferably US companies, where he/she has had the opportunity to implement talent management processes at the Italy and EU level. He/she has excellent knowledge of Italian Labor Law, familiarity with HR Information Systems (preferably Workday) and computer skills, verbal and written fluency in English and Italian. Good level of autonomy and proactivity, relational and communicative skills, results orientation and strategic thinking complete the profile.
