Job Summary
This role is responsible for driving the Tools Etail business in South Europe with a primary focus on pure e:tailers like Amazon, Manomano, E:Bay and other players active in the region but also to activate the Omnichannel and Etail business with our existing local and international DIY customers such Leroy Merlin, Bricocenter, Obi, Brico IO, Bauhaus, Brico Depot, Mr Bricolage, Eurobrico, Utility and so on, in the countries where they are present within the region and support their digital transformation.
The person will act as local KAM for Amazon Italy and Spain and will cooperate with the rest of the Tools Amazon EU team to significantly drive sales and execute agreed action plans.
Our aim is to establish Rapid Tools as the leading brand within all its categories by our DIY customers, implementing full or partial but coherent concepts in their stores. To suggest, update and support these concepts and boost their rotation, we need to work with layout renderings and presentations for offers and implementations, education (also through online training) with store personal, activities in store and online promotions, online content and in store POS material, to increase rotation.
The role will also carry out similar tasks in support for local and traditional customer where marketing and activation support is required, and will be responsible for developing and executing these activities in close cooperation with the Sales Director South Region and the National Manager Tools.

Responsibilities
:Develop and manage business relationships with Amazon Italy/Spain, collaborating with EMEA central teams to execute campaigns and drive traffic and conversions.
:Work with local e:tail clients, such as Manomano, and support the digital transformation of existing DIY customers through optimized content and promotional activities.
:Create online training modules for DIY staff and merchandisers in collaboration with the central Tools marketing team.
:Deliver online training sessions and other educational activities to enhance product and brand knowledge of Rapid at points of sale.
:Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional activities for traditional channels and DIY clients.
:Plan and launch campaigns both online and in physical stores for key DIY customers.
:Adapt centrally created marketing materials to the Southern European markets to enhance user guidance at points of sale.
:Provide input to the demand planning process to ensure product availability.
:Analyze and monitor e:commerce metrics (pricing, traffic, conversions, content) and implement corrective actions as needed.
:Act as the e:tail expert within the sales team, providing support and training to promote digital transformation.

A sales and customer orientated person with Etail experience.

Experience from sales and marketing roles with Etail and traditional retail.

Must have good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office soft wares
