TASKS:
Trade Marketing:
- Closely cooperate with channels customers to perform marketing activities addressed to distributors, installers, and C&I customers to deliver maximum branding exposure.
Event Management:
- Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, seminars, sponsorships and customers events to showcase LONGi Solar products and solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to maximize lead generation and brand exposure at events.
Strategic Planning:
* Support the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives in the Italian market.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
* Collaborate with EU HQ and global marketing teams to align strategies and ensure consistency in messaging.
Brand Management:
* Enhance and maintain the LONGi Solar brand presence in the Italian market.
* Support the development and implementation of branding initiatives to strengthen brand equity and recognition.
* Ensure brand consistency across all trade marketing activities.
Content Development:
* Create compelling and effective marketing content, including product collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.
* Collaborate with product marketing teams to deliver all necessary commercial and marketing material necessary for the BU and related markets.
* Manage the localization of global content to meet the specific needs of the Italian market.
Digital Marketing:
- Cooperate with EU HQ in the definition of digital marketing campaigns and in analysing campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for improved results.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with sales, product marketing, and global marketing teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
- Communicate marketing initiatives, reports, and insights effectively to internal stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
* Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry
* Strong strategic thinking and analytical skill
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
