YOUR TEAM You’d be working in a group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to carry out the research activities of the Foundation. The Purchase Directorate is coordinated by Dr. Enzo Gelati. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Purchase orders drafting and management of subsequent related activities. Supplier’s Data entry and management. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Enrollment in protected categories L.68/99. Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or a similar discipline will be preferred. Good knowledge of the English language. Familiarity with the main IT software packages, including Word and Excel. Cooperative approach with the stakeholders. Accuracy and good analytical skills. ADDITIONAL SKILLS Previous experience in Accounting in public environment. Documented experience in purchase order issuance and supplier’s data management. Knowledge of public procurement laws and SAP tool. Good negotiation and communication skills. Stakeholders oriented. Strong problem solving attitude. High motivation to learn. Spirit of innovation and creativity. Good at time and priority management. Ability to work in a challenging and international environment.
