What will you do?
The attention and punctuality in deliveries have an immediate impact on customer experience. Therefore, our Logistics and product distribution team plays a central role in our strategy that puts the customer at the center, both in-store and online.
As a Logistic Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Receiving long-term plans from Planning and defining medium-short term production objectives for the production departments under your responsibility.
* Monitoring the consistency of the operational plan defined by the supplier with the needs of OVS, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
* Ensuring compliance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) through daily monitoring of performance indicators (KPI's) of the production departments.
* Defining stock positioning strategies in different areas and controlling the correct allocation.
* Critically evaluating processes, procedures, and physical and IT tools under your responsibility to continuously improve them, aligning them with new business needs in coordination with the Process Engineering function.
What are we looking for in you?
* Knowledge of WMS systems and their configuration/optimization.
* Knowledge of Business Intelligence systems for monitoring Volumes and KPIs.
* Good knowledge of Excel for analysis.
* Experience in managing complex logistical flows.
* Experience in managing cooperatives.
* Ability to coordinate teams composed of members from third-party companies.
* Result-oriented with attention to costs/service levels.
* Knowledge of automation systems is a plus.
