Responsibilities include:Supervise operational functions including development and management of annual work-plans, budgets, and reports.Evaluate SWP program performance in areas of enrollment, completion, transfer, and employment outcomes.Oversee the development of web-based systems to track SWP metrics.Work with CE faculty to develop new curriculum and programs.Assist in marketing and outreach.Coordinate industry advisory activities.Participate in workforce development activities.Align the Strong Workforce Plan with the College’s strategic goals.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Possession of a Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution and one (1) year of relevant experience; OR,Possession of a lifetime California Community College Supervisor Credential.Desired QualificationsExperience coordinating Career Education programs.Experience managing grant-funded programs.Experience in hiring and supervising faculty and staff.Ability to collaborate on workforce development initiatives.Ability to collect and interpret data for CE programs.Experience supporting faculty in program development.Experience in career services implementation.Knowledge of database development.Experience with participatory governance.Experience maintaining professional partnerships.Strong communication skills.Commitment to DiversityAll applicants must demonstrate cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.Working ConditionsPhysical Requirements: Category III.
