You will spend 75% of the time on the floor identifying, fixing problems and improving systems.
Specific focus needs to be on KPI monitor and production lines performance and connected activities: you will own Loss Analysis of the Line/s in order to deploy loss elimination targets/activities being able to engage every day the core team.
Main Responsibilities
SAFETY & QUALITY
1. Know and act as a guarantor of the quality and safety standards and procedures as LOTO, GMP, CCP and SPP.
2. Use quality and prevention instruments such as quality and safety Near Miss, BOS, QRP, QA Matrix.
IL6S ACTIVITIES
3. Support Line Leader in the development of a zero loss culture in the core team, starting from the loss analysis
4. Act as role model for the core team living safety and quality as a value.
5. Encourage high standards of safety and quality
6. Contribute to the collection and the analysis of RCA to develop a prevention system and loss elimination.
7. Be responsible for the loss analysis of the line/lines
8. Implementation and execution of the productivity masterplan for the line/lines
9. Execute and implement loss reduction project working close with Engineering, Maintenance, Finance
OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIES
10. Collect and analyze data autonomously
11. DMS (daily management system) involvement and improvement
12. Support the Line Leader in the achievement of the SQCDSM objectives of the line
13. Support the line leader in the development of the core team operator (ie training)
14. Guarantee the observance of standard parameters of the products.
15. Manage projects/activities according PDCA cycle.
16. Autonomous troubleshooting analysis and solving for daily technical/IL6S topic

17. University degree in engineering or equivalent experience
18. Communicative & Influencing skills
19. Italian native speaker, fluent in English
20. Analysis and problem resolution
21. Adaptability and flexibility
22. International experience valued
23. IS6L knowledge is a plus
24. Personal means of transportation to the plant
