ABOUT THE JOB
1. Lead accounting and control activities in Italy, managing technical topics including statutory accounts, tax, and legal matters.
2. Ensure accurate and reliable performance recording, providing high-integrity actuals to stakeholders.
3. Manage monthly/quarterly reporting tasks, including Hyperion (HFM) activity.
4. Oversee entity-level P&L actuals integrity, balance sheet management, and accounting cash flow requirements.
5. Spearhead forecasting and budgeting processes, driving financial planning and analysis.
6. Maintain local internal control (COSO) documentation and evidence preparation.
7. Lead and inspire your team, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative environment.
ABOUT YOU
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Controlling, Audit, or relevant finance field (Master's degree is a plus).
2. 5+ years post-qualified experience in finance, preferably in a managerial position within a global, multi-entity organization.
3. Proven track record in delivering high-quality business partnering and navigating ambiguity in complex environments.
4. Strong profit orientation with the ability to design financial and operational performance measurement systems.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
6. Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership.
7. Tech-savvy with proficiency in IT systems and data analytics (Hyperion/HFM knowledge is valued).
8. Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written.
