Your role: We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Quality Assurance department for a specific project. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing a digital document matrix that creates traceability between the global documents reported in the QMS Navigator and the locally implemented SOPs issued to implement these global standards. This project aims to ensure effective alignment and traceability between global standards and the standard operating procedures written for their implementation, and it will have a defined timeline. You will create and maintain a document matrix that establishes traceability between global standards and local SOPs; analyze the current matrix that tracks global SOPs and associate each with the corresponding local documents issued for their implementation; collaborate with internal teams to gather and document existing SOPs in relation to global standards; define and implement methods for updating the matrix to ensure compliance and currency of information; utilize the global QMS Navigator system as a working basis for document management, communicate and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment with international practices and regulations. Who you are: University student in digital or ICT disciplines Good ICT skills Good level of English, both written and spoken, to interact with global teams. Italian is also required.
