We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team and support our effort, in all the national territory, in the public safety sector that includes:
1. Periti in ambito Assicurativo e Forense
2. Polizie Locali
3. Carabinieri
4. Polizia Stradale
5. Vigili del Fuoco
6. Protezione Civile
7. Esercito e Aeronautica
What we want you to do:
The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the public safety industry. Key responsibilities include:
8. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients in Italian territory, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
9. Actively search for new customers to add to the customer base.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions tailored to clients' specific requirements.
11. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and product development efforts.
12. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, demonstrations and trainings to prospective clients.
13. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in collaboration with senior management.
We would like to see:
14. Proven track record of success in account management or sales, preferably within the public safety sectors including: Periti assicurativi e forensi, Polizie locali, Protezione Civile.
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
16. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
17. Understanding of public safety technologies, products, and services is a plus.
18. Understanding of CAD, Point Clouds, Laser Scanners, Topography is a plus.
19. High school education, Degree in Architecture or in any Engineering field will be considered a plus
20. Good knowledge of the Office Suite (especially PowerPoint)
21. Proficiency in any CRM software is a plus
Language:
22. Italian: Mother tongue
23. English: Good written and spoken skills
