You will join the Business Intelligence team as a Data Integration Specialist, focusing on designing and implementing advanced solutions for data integration and management. You will work with cutting-edge technologies such as Datasphere, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric, contributing to strategic projects that enhance data quality and accessibility across the organization.
How will You contribute
Design and develop scalable, optimized, and secure data integration pipelines;
Utilize modern data management platforms, including Datasphere, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or similar technologies;
Collaborate with internal teams to define data integration strategies aligned with business objectives;
Ensure data quality and governance through standardized processes and best practices;
Optimize ETL/ELT workflows to deliver high-performance solutions;
Monitor, maintain, and resolve issues in data pipelines and workflows;
Support the development of Business Intelligence projects by providing reliable and actionable data for analysis and decision-making. Who you are
You are a senior professional with strong technical skills, Project Management expertise, and a team-oriented mindset. You are solution-driven, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have a proactive attitude that drives you to propose innovations.
You have:
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields;
At least 5 years of experience in similar roles in Data Integration or Data Engineering;
In-depth knowledge of at least one of the following platforms: Datasphere, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric;
Advanced skills in programming data pipelines using ETL/ELT tools and languages such as Python, SQL, or Scala;
Familiarity with Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and cloud architectures;
Knowledge of data governance techniques and best practices to ensure data quality and consistency;
Knowledge of financial planning processes;
Fluency in spoken and written English;
Fluency in spoken and written Italian;
Availability to travel.
