The role involves financial tracking, risk management, and reporting for key contracts. The selected candidate will be based in La Spezia, Italy, with possible short-term travel.Key AccountabilitiesMonitor project costs, analyze financial deviations, and provide cost control reports.Track contractual deliveries and ensure compliance with project schedules.Support the preparation of sector reviews and contribute to key business insights.Participate in project meetings and provide structured reporting.Maintain and update the project risk register.Prepare Estimate at Completion (EAC) and Work Load Forecast (WLF) reports in support of BPM.Plan and track project activities using the corporate project management tool.Assist in the preparation and update of Task Directives (TDs) to align commitments across functions.EducationMaster’s Degree in Management EngineeringQualificationsStrong knowledge of cost controlling and project management methodologies.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, ARM, Microsoft Project, and Primavera.Experience in tracking project performance, financial forecasting, and risk management.Ability to work effectively in a structured environment, adhering to compliance and security requirements.Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Willingness to travel for short-term assignments if required.With over 5,800 employees and 200 offices in 70 countries worldwide, RINA is a multinational player which provides certification, marine classification, product testing, site supervision and vendor inspection, training and engineering consultancy services across a wide range of sectors.
