DTBP are key elements of our organization as they act as a liaison between Digital Technology and internal business units. The main purpose of the job is the management of the relationship with the Logistic, Production and Quality management department for Aftersales business and HE factories to address business needs, process changes and support digital transformation initiatives.What you will doAs DT BP Aftersales Production, you will oversee one of the most dynamic, distributed and fast-growing business areas within Haier Europe. The DT Business Partner lives the business, knows the processes, understands gaps, identifies opportunities, shapes out the specific DT Roadmap and Strategy for the business segment they work with. They anticipate their clients’ needs by understanding the transformation and the need for leaner processes, offering solutions to translate them into technology, platform, and data analysis.ACTIVITIES AND AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYManage the relationships with the Aftersales and Production departments across Haier Europe.Oversee the business requests, evaluating their usability, understanding the strategic value, proposing suitable digital solutions, and supervising the delivery pipeline.Collect and analyze the Business Requirements.Support users in formalizing requirements, in addressing solutions, and designing the processes from an IT point of view.Within a project, manage and lead specific tasks or streams by collecting the requirements, identifying phases and elements, monitoring task/stream progress by tracking activity.Support users in project activities as well as testing new functionalities and enhancements.Interact with other areas of IT to successfully deliver a range of solutions.Interact with 3rd parties/suppliers, validate the proposed solutions, and monitor the activities planning and the due dates.What you need to succeedMust haveProven process experience in Logistic Execution considering integration with 3PLs and/or Warehouse management systems, Carriers, and Transportation systems.Good professional experience (4/5 years) in a similar position in multinational companies or in consulting companies; sectors with high industrial complexity as with advanced and articulated information technology environment is preferred.Application experience in SAP modules PP/QM, and/or application experience in SAP modules used for Logistic Execution LE, LE-TRA.Process experience in Manufacturing (production planning) and Quality management; Integration with production scheduler, MES, and warehouse management system are considered as plus.Knowledge of Freight cost management for financial and controlling integration.Warehouse automation and reengineering.English at least at Intermediate level both written and spoken.Soft skillsGood project management skills.Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize requests.Creative and analytical thinker with good problem-solving skills.Interpersonal and communication skills.Passionate about driving IT effectiveness and enabling the business to achieve its objectives.Flexibility to adjust priorities when business needs change.EducationDegree in Engineering, Information Technology, Management/Economics or a related field.Professional ExperienceGood professional experience (4/5 years) in a similar position in multinational companies or in consulting companies; sectors with high industrial complexity as with advanced and articulated information technology environment is preferred.OtherAvailability for business travel.
