Don’t miss the chance to shape your FutureInSight with us Your role We are looking for a Project Manager Offices & Showrooms EMEA able to manage the following tasks, connected with the Construction Investments that EssilorLuxottica makes for this park of Offices & Showrooms located in EMEA. The Project Manager Offices & Showroom EMEA will be the coordinator and supervisor of the activities between the above-mentioned departments relating to the project. While every department's scope will be limited to its specific function, it is the duty of the Project Manager Offices & Showroom EMEA to collect the flow of information and converge it into the project phases from design to realization and commissioning. Main responsibilities: Project and Construction engineering for EssilorLuxottica Offices & Showrooms on EMEA perimeter, for Essilor, Luxottica, and Grandvision group divisions. Coordinate relations with the stakeholders involved in the process: Region Manager, Country Manager, Human Resources, Real Estate, Local Project Managers, Local Architects. Oversee construction engineering design on new and remodel projects with support from local consultants. Support the Key Account Offices & Showroom in selecting local consultants and permit expeditors suitable for the project, sourced from the corporate vendor list of EssilorLuxottica procurement department. Support Key Account Offices & Showroom in preparing reports, specifications, and technical analysis to fully define the design requirements, equipment, and services required. Provide technical direction within engineering design, building design, layouts, build details, schedules, and materials. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, create schedules and project timelines, define tasks and required resources. Support Project Managers in managing budget, allocating project resources, and coordinating a dedicated team of designers, R&D managers, consultants, and local country stakeholders. Manage relations with the Tender Manager and Procurement team for the selection of suppliers. Lead quality assurance. Monitor and report on project progress, track deliverables. Share with stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions. Implement and manage process changes when necessary to meet updated outputs. Main requirements: Delivering of Planned Store Developed Roll-Out: Deliver the spaces to the related market. Managing the relations with Markets involved: timing, budget, and construction status sharing activity with Markets and Stakeholders involved. Managing the relations with Corporate Real Estate and Regional Real Estate members: timing, budget, and construction status sharing activity with Markets and Stakeholders involved. Effectiveness of the Communication: communicate and transfer the main construction constraints and achievements to related markets and stakeholders. Quality of the Execution: quality of execution of the store and Snag completion after opening. NETWORK OF INTERACTION: INTERNAL: Project Management, Logistic, Procurement, Finance, Real Estate, Human Resources. EXTERNAL: General Contractors, Local Consultants, Local Project Managers, Material Suppliers (IT, Digital, TVCC, Sound, etc). Strong sense of commitment toward assigned targets and Technical Proficiency. Strong communication and reporting capabilities toward stakeholders involved in the process. Teamwork Orientation and Organizational capabilities. Construction Site Organizational capabilities and capacity of Reporting with clarity. Problem Solving / Analysis. Educational Background: Engineering of Architectural Master Degree or equivalent. Italian. English. Other Languages (French language highly appreciated).
