We are looking for an IT Application Analyst (m/f/d) to strengthen our team at our Bolzano office.
Main responsibilities:
* Technical and Functional Support: Provide first and second-level support for business applications, troubleshooting technical issues and responding to end-user requests.
* Requirements Analysis: Work with business teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications to configure or enhance applications.
* Monitoring and Maintenance: Ensure that applications are continuously monitored to guarantee high levels of availability and performance.
* Update Management: Plan and manage the installation of updates, patches, and improvements for business applications.
* Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials to support application adoption.
* User Training: Train end users on the use of applications and provide assistance in resolving operational issues.
Required skills:
* Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of business software, ERP systems, relational databases (SQL), and reporting tools, as well as experience in developing and programming business software and system integrations.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data, with a strong problem-solving orientation.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams. A good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is required to manage technical documentation and communicate with international colleagues and clients.
* Customer Orientation: Ability to understand the needs of end users and provide timely and efficient support.
Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
* 2+ years of experience in application support or application analysis.
* Familiarity with the integration and maintenance of business applications.
