The Senior Key Account Manager has overall commercial responsibility for one or more of the Account’s customers. Works with Engineering and Manufacturing Operations to create and implement strategies for maximizing current business and obtaining new business at the assigned OEM(s).

BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a dynamic, results driven person to join as AP/AR Accountant our Italian Technical Center in Orsenigo (CO).
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Accounts Payable team and be co-responsible for the input of purchase invoices and expense notes;
* Follow up on timely payment of suppliers; assure completeness of costs during the closing;
* Review of incoming invoices with regard to legal requirements and forwarding via an electronic workflow for approval;
* On-time preparation and handling of payment runs;
* Account clarification and reconciliation as well as master data maintenance in ERP;
* Processing and recording of travel expense reports and credit card statements in compliance with legal and company regulations;
* Performs Accounts Receivable (AR) daily operational activities;
* Cash allocation and payment recording (direct debits, bank transfers, etc.);
* Cash out activities (Refunds of credit notes to clients, payments to brokers & clients);
* Client bad debts preparation and posting, performs Account Receivables Month-end and Quarter-end closing activities.
Education & Experiences
* Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent culture;
* 5 – 10 years of experience in similar role;
* Experience with SAP;
* Strong Excel skills;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Experience in General Accounting;
* Experience in Analysis of costs and budgets;
* Availability to travel;
* Fluent in English.
