H-FARM International School (H-IS) is an IB-certified boarding school overlooking the Venice lagoon, a stone's throw from the Dolomite mountains, and minutes from the beaches of the Adriatic coast. Through the unique H-FARM learning approach and through collaboration with other organizations on campus, H-IS creates future-ready students.
We are currently looking for an exceptional young professional to join our Admission team starting from October 2024, who will support our future new families and students.
Main tasks:
* Assist the Admissions Manager in managing and tracking inquiries, applications, and admissions procedures.
* Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students and families, responding to inquiries via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
* Support the organization and execution of admissions events, such as open houses, school tours, and orientation sessions.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on the school’s admissions platforms.
* Assist in maintaining the admissions database and ensuring the accuracy of applicant records.
* Help coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-up communications with applicants and their families.
* Provide support in the preparation of admissions reports and analysis of enrollment data.
* Assist in the onboarding process of newly admitted students, ensuring they receive all necessary documentation and information prior to their start date.
* Stay informed about the school’s programs, curriculum, and extracurricular offerings to effectively communicate with prospective families.
Requirements/Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Business, or a related field.
* Prior experience in admissions, customer service, or administrative support is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus).
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or admissions software is an advantage.
* Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
