Requirements and Qualifications
* Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Sommelier in Michelin-starred restaurants or luxury hospitality establishments.
* Language Skills: Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third European language is a plus.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and provide exceptional guest service.
* Certifications: Sommelier diploma and extensive knowledge of the national and international wine scene.
* Availability: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
