In order to support the growth of Senstronic Italy SRL., our Italian subsidiary, we are seeking an Admnistrative and Finance Coordinator in Turin.
Your responsibilities:
Reporting to the Managing Director Italy and to the Group CFO and as a reliable touch point between Senstronic Italy and Senstronic Group, your main responsibilities are:
ACCOUNTING
*Ensuring that the general and subsidiary accounts of the company within its scope are properly maintained in the ERP system.
-Guaranteeing manual entries (payroll, OD of inventory entries, provision entries, bank entries, etc.) and automatic entries from ERP, in compliance with period cut-offs;
-Recording and ensuring accounting management of fixed assets (entries/removals/depreciation, inventory);
-Managing monthly and annual closings as quickly as possible.
*Preparing Senstronic Italy S.r.l.‘s reporting in accordance with the accounting standards adopted by the Group
-Analyzing variations with budget and previous periods (bridges)
-Controlling and supervising outstanding receivables (Italy)
-Controlling invoicing flows, credit notes, lettering
*Monitoring and supervising supplier work-in-progress
-Controlling flows in compliance with cut-off rules;
-Working with the treasurer to guarantee payment deadlines for the company's financial commitments;
-Controlling the accounting follow-up of the bank balances of the companies monitored.
HR AND ADMINISTRATIVE
*Handling administrative tasks for entities in Italy
-Monthly HR reporting
-Welcoming new employees
-Send over variable payroll elements
TEAM MANAGEMENT
-Managing a team of 2 people and following the KPIs
-Ensuring their training and helping them grow till polyvalence
OTHER TASKS
-Being the payroll reference in Italy
-Being the legal and local IT touch point
Your profile:
With an educational background in accounting and finance, you have excellent knowledge in Italian accounting, financial and tax techniques.
You are used to work on an ERP and with the Microsoft Office Pack.
Due to the international range of our group and to be able to succeed in your role, you must have an intermediate level of English (B2). You are known to be methodical, pragmatic and dynamic.
