HSPI S.p.A., a leader in IT Governance services and part of the TXT Group, is looking for a profile for the role of Junior Controller/IT Financial Management, in order to expand and strengthen the staff of its Cologno Monzese office.
In particular, the figure will have the following responsibilities:
Supporting Project Management activities, collaborating in the drafting of plans, SAL documents, verbalizing the results of meetings;
Supporting the drafting of process or procedure documents;
Supporting the supervision and verification of planning & management control activities and processes;
Supporting the definition and implementation of the planning & management control model:
Supporting the drafting and monitoring of industrial/strategic plans and budget;
Support in the drafting of market analyses, fairness checks and investment appraisals;
Support in the drafting of economic, asset and financial sustainability analyses.
Skills required:
General accounting knowledge;
General knowledge of planning & management control methodologies and processes;
General knowledge of reporting processes using business intelligence tools;
Good knowledge of both spoken and written English and perfect knowledge of both spoken and written Italian;
Good analytical skills, accuracy and ability to summarise;
Organisational autonomy and goal orientation;
Orientation towards problem solving, teamworking and spirit of initiative/activity;
Ability to manage relations with different types of interlocutors;
Very good knowledge of the Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Strong interest in management consulting, process analysis and/or organisational review.
