As we continue to expand our presence in Southern Europe, we're seeking an experienced Go To Market Director to spearhead our growth in the Italian market.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Drive market expansion strategy in Italy, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities while adapting our value proposition to local market needs.
* Leverage and expand your existing network within the Italian digital marketing and business community to generate new business opportunities.
* Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies aligned with Precis's data-driven approach.
* Lead market research initiatives to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities.
* Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key decision-makers.
* Lead end-to-end sales processes, from initial prospect identification through to contract negotiation and closure.
* Work closely with our delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation.
* Develop quarterly and annual business plans with clear KPIs and revenue targets.
* Represent Precis at industry events and conferences.
* Mentor and guide junior team members as the team expands.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Solid understanding of major digital marketing platforms, performance marketing data analysis and interpretation.
* 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or related fields.
* Proven track record of successful business development and relationship building in the Italian market.
* Extensive network within the Italian digital marketing and business community.
* Deep understanding of the Italian digital marketing landscape and market dynamics.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Italian and English.
* Experience in managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
* Results-driven mindset.
