CORG Management Group is seeking an onsite Project Manager for South Carolina.
The Project Manager must have at minimum twelve (12) years of O&M/Facilities Management type experience, with at least 8 years in a project management/supervisory role. The proposed Project Manager’s experience must be in the operation, management, and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations for buildings of the approximate size, complexity, and characteristics of the buildings to be covered by the BPA.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan, organize, control, execute and evaluate the activities related to the operation, maintenance, and repair of federal facilities which include features such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, custodial and landscape maintenance services.
2. Maintain day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders.
3. Coordinate the organizational staffing and operation activities for assigned maintenance and operation requirements.
4. Direct, coordinate, and review the work plan for assigned maintenance and operations services, NCMMS reporting and deliverables, and all manpower staffing and scheduling of activities to ensure compliance with the contract performance work statement.
5. Provide oversight and supervision of staff, assign work activities and projects; monitor workflow; review and evaluate work products, methods, procedures, and quality of work activity results.
6. Coordinate and collaborate with staff to identify and resolve problems to meet client needs and satisfaction.
Required Skills:
1. Experience in project management discipline.
2. Experience in analyzing and writing business requirements.
3. Efficient in Microsoft Suites.
4. Experience with Microsoft project management tools like MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
5. Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work with engineers/technicians related to projects.
7. Good communication skills.
8. Ability to maintain good professional relations with different types of stakeholders.
9. Create necessary documentation to support project life cycle (inception through production).
10. Strong personal, ethical, and moral standards.
11. Good interpersonal skills, proactive and self-motivated.
12. Self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload and manage time.
13. Willingness to learn new things and take ownership.
