Conducttechnical feasibility studiesand manage trials to define standard machine parameters
Analyze waste and non-conformities, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
Scout fornew technical solutions, supporting the implementation and validation of new equipment
Collaborate with Safety, Production, QC, and Maintenance teams to improve processesRequirements for the Process Engineer - vacuum technology:University degreein a scientific or technical field
Experience in Vacuum Process Engineering
Knowledge ofsafety regulations in manufacturingenvironments
Understanding ofhigh vacuum technology, metal evaporation, and deposition processes
Familiarity withmachine automation and lean manufacturing principles
