Field Application Engineer/After-sales Engineer
Role:
The Field Application Engineer/After-sales engineer is responsible for technically support with onsite activities,and remotely work with the customer or third service partner to solve issue of BESS device,by coordinate with EU team and HQ team,provide efficient and satisfied service to our customer in EU.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management and technical skill in Field Operations:
* Responsible for the technical supervision and physical work of all field activities, including commissioning, scheduled, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
* Concentrate on the after-sales case resolve with a focus on minimizing downtime and optimizing fault resolution times via well relationship management with customer and information collected,recorded and shared with relevant team.
* Supervise and evaluate product performance, collaborating with the monitoring team to analyze BESS device operational data and assess performance, working closely with HQ and the EU Technical Team.
* Identify technical solutions to resolve issues in collaboration with HQ, ensuring swift resolution of technical problems.
Complementary activities:
* Participates as a technician in commissioning, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance activities on-site.
* Support help desk team with phone assistance and ticket management.
Skill requirements:
* With electrical certificate compliant with local law.
* Skills of basic electrical tools operation,such as multi-meter,torque wrench.
* Knowledge to read electrical diagram or relevant work/study background.
* 2 years onsite work experience such as BESS commissioning,electrical device installing,wiring and commissioning.
* English with Listening,Speaking,Reading and Writing,able to write formal manual in English.
* Driving skilled
* HSE and PPE Management:
* Under the guidance of the HSE Manager, identify risk mitigation strategies and approve operational procedures to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
* Spare Parts and Resource Management:
* Finalize the spare parts list and manage obsolescence, coordinating with EU/HQ Tech team on the compatibility of replacement components.
* Ensure that local teams and service partners have the necessary resources and spare parts for operational continuity.
* Manage mini stock with spare parts receive,consumption record,manage spare parts delivery and complement plan.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
* Coordinate with Technical and Training team to align field operations with overall service quality.
* Collaborate with Service Country local team (managers, technicians, service partners) to ensure smooth execution of technical interventions and repairs.
* Liaise with EU /HQ technical team on technical compatibility, replacement parts, and problem resolution.
