Account Executive ItalyWe are looking for a passionate and motivated Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling IT solutions, preferably in the e-commerce sector. The AE will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with both existing and potential clients, providing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. We are seeking a highly proactive and driven person who can effectively manage the entire sales cycle.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clientsManage the entire sales process, including business meetings, proposal presentations, negotiations, and post-sales follow-upBuild and sustain solid relationships with existing clients, acting as the main point of contact and promoting up-selling opportunitiesCollaborate with the customer success and customer care teams to ensure the effective implementation of solutions and resolve any issuesAchieve assigned sales targetsKeep CRM information consistently updatedRequirements:At least 3 years of proven experience in selling IT solutions, preferably in SaaS companiesExcellent communication skills with a strong aptitude for interpersonal relationshipsProficiency in English (ability to work with international clients)Results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to independently achieve sales targetsDeep understanding of the IT solutions sales cycleKnowledge of leading CRM software for sales management (Salesforce, HubSpot)Availability for business travel to attend events, trade fairs, and networking opportunitiesWhat We Offer:A young and dynamic work environmentPermanent employment with a salary based on proven skills and experience.
