THE ROLE
You will be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to support IIT research activity. Our team is highly experienced in working under demanding conditions and we’re deeply committed to the principles of mutual collaboration and continuous dialogue, which we consider essential for achieving optimal results.
In particular, your main responsibilities will be:
* Contacting and dealing with external suppliers
* Collaborating in the administrative management and monitoring of projects
* Supporting the preparation of reports and reporting files on all projects activity
* Interface with the PNRR projects representatives for administrative matters
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
* High School License in technical - scientific subjects, and/or a Master or Bachelor degree in Economics, Management, Humanities and Scientific disciplines
* Good knowledge of the English language
* Familiarity with the main IT software packages, including Word and Excel
* A cooperative approach with the stakeholders
* Accuracy and good analytical skills
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
* Knowledge of PNRR requirements
* Legal background
* Knowledge of SAP
* Strong problem solving attitude
* High motivation to learn
* Good in time and priority management
* Ability to work in a challenging and international environment
