The Lawyer will provide legal counsel and support on a wide range of corporate matters, including but not limited to corporate governance, labor law, Commercial Law, GDPR compliance, contracts, and other Corporate law matters, as well as legal topics related to the necessities of the different Brands of the Group (Parma Calcio 1913, Enrico Serafino, Vietti, Gentile Ospitalità and future brands).The Corporate Lawyer will work closely with senior management, external legal advisors, and other departments to ensure the company's legal and regulatory compliance while supporting business growth and strategic initiatives.The Companies are located both in Emilia Romagna and in Piedmont. Therefore, the work locations can be either Collecchio (PR) or Serralunga d'Alba (CN). Both work locations will be considered for the position.What you will do:Provide legal support to other departments, including HR, Finance, Real Estate and Operations, as needed on all business-related issues to serve the legal topics within the necessities of the different Brands of the Group (such as Partnerships’ needs, image rights, real estate topics, termination agreements, device policy, compliance with all requirements of different the Brands fields, etc.)Provide legal guidance on corporate governance, regulatory and legal compliance (including GDPR), litigation, real estate transactions and development, and commercial contractsConsulting activity supporting MA activitiesAdvise senior management on legal matters related to business strategy, risks, and opportunitiesEnsure compliance with laws and regulations at the local, state, and international levels as applicableRepresent the company in corporate disputes, resolving issues efficiently and cost-effectively.Coordinate with external counsel on legal matters, ensuring alignment with company objectives and overseeing their work from a Company point of viewStay current on relevant legal trends, regulations, and legislation impacting the business and its operationsAssist in training and educating employees on legal issues affecting the companyAssist in the development and communication of corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the Company's matters and the GroupWho we are looking for:Background of studies in Law, preferably in Labor LawProblem solving and proactive solution finderExperience in supporting MA activities is a plusFlexibility and ability to work in high dynamic and complex contextsExtensive experience of at least 8 years in practicing law in a business environment or as part of a law firmKnowledge of Corporate Governance, Commercial Law, and Law applied to Real Estate projects preferredProven track record of working with senior managementExcellent judgment and analytical skillsNegotiation and communication skillsAbility to work independently on complex legal mattersAbility to collaborate and advise effectively with Senior Executives, fostering a collaborative environmentOrganization and clear thoughtAbout Our GroupKrause Group Italy is part of Krause Group, a U.S. based parent company comprising a diverse set of domestic and international businesses.
