For an important group operating in the restaurant sector, we are looking for a: Responsible for service quality and customer satisfaction; Manage processes related to opening and closing the venue (shifts and work organization, display/restaurant line preparation, cash registers, etc.); Support operational tasks at all workstations; Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at the workplace and food hygiene regulations; Manage and train staff in various operational activities; Collaborate actively with the venue manager to correctly implement commercial initiatives; Prepare monthly and quarterly inventories to monitor and control costs; Manage weekly orders; Handle activities related to accounting, including cash verification and system entry of payment slips; Plan shifts and staff vacations. Who are we looking for? At least 3 years of experience in the restaurant sector and 2 years in team management; Flexibility in working hours and availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays; High school diploma; Results-oriented attitude; Knowledge of a foreign language (preferable); Excellent organizational and leadership skills; Full-time permanent contract; Structured training program; Structured growth paths allowing for roles with greater responsibility; Employee discounts; Salary range based on experience (€26K-€32K).
