As Pipeline Technologies Service Lead, you will conduct the following activities: Project Preparation & Planning : Defining project scope, objectives, and timelines; Acknowledging the tendering outputs at project start; Preparing budgets (up to 141 million euro) & payment schemes and ensuring the project is completed within financial constraints; Challenge the team and the departments on project budgets and schedule; Monitor the procurement and transport plan of equipment, consumables & spare parts; Reporting project changes; Identifying risks early in the project and implementing strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns; Finding and proposing any optimization if available i.e. safety, technical, operation etc. Technical Oversight : Ensuring that the pipeline technologies being implemented meet Client & industry standards, regulations and project objectives; Monitor the qualification, the preparation and the operation of all project phases; Organize with its team any technical support (i.e. Vendors or yard follow up); Review the technical documentation; Verifying the adequacy of procedures and technics proposals ahead of the qualifications start; Promoting innovative pipeline technologies to improve efficiency and sustainability. Operations Readiness : Propose the best achievable KPIs balance between welding, NDT & FJC cycle times; Align the productivity targets with all parties ahead of the production start; Provide inputs and monitor the pipeline construction readiness steps. Regulatory Compliance & Quality Control : Ensuring that all pipeline projects meet legal and environmental regulations; Managing safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of all workers involved; Overseeing the quality of the techniques used in the pipeline and ensuring that all installation and testing are conducted to the highest standards. Team Management & Communication : Leading a cross-functional team, including pipeline technologies lead, engineers, service providers, and other stakeholders; Ensuring clear communication across all team members, departments, project team & project management; Managing resources to ensure the project is completed efficiently; Communicating with clients, regulatory authorities, and suppliers to ensure all requirements are met; Reporting on project progress to senior management and other stakeholders. KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: B2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3/5 years IT SKILLS: Project Management: Knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to apply them to pipeline projects; Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of the environmental, safety, and industry-specific regulations governing pipeline projects. SOFT SKILLS: Leadership and Communication: The ability to lead diverse teams and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to overcome obstacles and issues that arise during pipeline construction preparation and operation.
