In this highly dynamic and professionalizing environment, PGMD Consulting seeks an “IT Service Manager” with at least 2 years of seniority in the role.
The new resources will be part of a dynamic team, working within technology change and ICT projects oriented to digitization, innovation and security of the Public Administration and for the entities of the Regional Health System, both in Lombardy and in other regions of northern and central Italy.
Main responsibilities:
Be the point of contact between the Client and the service provider to monitor the progress of activities and compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements);
Facilitate project activities by being the preferred interlocutor between project stakeholders;
Managing communication to work teams;
Being the Client's point of reference for capacity management and continuous service improvement processes;
Oversee "Change" and "Incident" management processes.
Required skills:
Knowledge of ITIL and/or COBIT framework (ITIL Foundation certification or similar is preferred);
Knowledge of service management tools (e.g., Remedy, ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Sysaid);
Project planning and management skills;
Problem Solving and Risk Management skills;
Relational and communication skills.
Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in technical, scientific, engineering, or business disciplines and least 10 years' experience in information systems or IT consulting.
