In this role, you will manage databases and documentation flows efficiently. We believe you have relevant education and/or work experience in administration and are proficient in advanced MS Office tools.
To succeed in this role, you should be a native Italian speaker or have at least a C2 level of proficiency in Italian, along with strong written and spoken English skills.
In this role you will report to Sales & Leasing Administration Team Leader.
What you'll be doing day to day
As a Lease Administration Specialist, your primary mission is to ensure a smooth and high-quality administrative process within sales and leasing by ensuring full compliance with relevant standards and procedures. Also, you will:
* Ensure the efficient and timely preparation, signing, and administration of sales and lease contracts, as well as other relevant documents, in strict compliance with applicable standards and procedures.
* Own and manage the protocol of disagreement process, coordinating with other relevant stakeholders.
* Provide support to sales & leasing teams and Meeting Places throughout the sales & leasing administration process.
* Work closely with the Sales & Leasing Administration Team Leader to analyze and improve process efficiency, minimize gaps, and proactively provide relevant input.
* Ensure timely updates of relevant databases to maintain accurate and up-to-date data and records.
* Ensure that all required documentation is properly stored, organized, and readily available upon request.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders in Meeting Places, Domains, centres of expertise, and other relevant functions to gather necessary information for reports, meetings, or presentations related to lease administration.
* Prepare well-structured and professional lease administration materials, presentations, and documentation requested by Domain colleagues, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all reporting and communication.
