Our client is a global manufacturer and distributor of chemical products.
They are currently looking to appoint a Supply Chain Manager for Italy.
The role is based in Bergamo area and offers hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Manager:
• Lead local Sales & Operations Planning to align supply chain activities
• Manage demand planning, supply forecasting, and production scheduling
• Oversee logistics and distribution, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Supervise warehousing operations, maintaining optimal inventory levels
• Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction
• Monitor KPI’s to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in supply chain software
• Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team development
