What you will do
The sought-after figure will be included within the Operations Team of the Sensormatic Business Unit, dedicated to the Retail market, reporting to the Operations Team Leader, and will be responsible for the operational management of an assigned customer package, both for new projects and for post-installation maintenance, of systems which are EAS, CCTV, RFID.
The figure will play the role of operational Single Point of Contact for the aforementioned customers.
How you will do it
* Technical and operational management of both new projects and maintenance contracts
* End-to-end management of assigned customers
* Technical and operational interface with customers
* Operational management of suppliers and subcontractors
* Participation in commissioning and testing of the systems.
What we look for
* Experience in project management and/or management of technical assistance activities on security systems (i.e. Anti-Theft, CCTV, RFID, Intrusion Detection)
* Technical experience in electronic system maintenance services
* Excellent management and interpersonal skills
* Great initiative, flexibility, energy and passion are essential in managing the complexities of a complex multinational like Johnson Controls
* Excellent communication skills with all the stakeholders
* Dynamism and ability to manage pressure
* Strong self-management skills
* Curiosity and interest in IoT applications
* Availability for short-term trips to Italy
* Excellent knowledge of English is a must, written and spoken
