Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate :
1. Will be involved in coordinate the entire proposal development process, from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal
2. Will be involved in managing client relationships and collaborating with the technical team to ensure consistency between the technical and commercial proposals
3. Will closely collaborate with our internal tender office to jointly manage the administrative aspects of public and private tenders.
Experience and Requirements
4. Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in the role of Proposal Specialist or Jr Proposal Manager or Jr Project Engineer, in large scale infrastructural and building projects, at both national
5. Management Skills: Skills in managing proposals and bids, including collaborating with multidisciplinary teams involved in preparing technical and commercial proposals
6. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Italian, English, and preferably French), with particular attention to detail and proposal presentation
7. Interpersonal Relationships: Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, as well as collaborate effectively with various company functions involved in the proposal process
8. Willingness to undertake a growth path in the development of public and private commercial proposals.
