For our office in Latina, we are currently looking for an Application Support (m/f/x) Focus on ERP-System YOUR TASKS Receiving enquiries, bugs, errors, and problems from the Selecta Group worldwide (1st and 2nd level) Analysing and solving incident and service tickets (1st level support) Creation and maintenance of user accounts and authorisations Cross-checking and troubleshooting of the ERP server infrastructure and backup dashboards, including documentation and taking action on anomalies Provide local hardware assistance Assisting in diverse IT projects as well as independent takeover of sub-projects YOUR PROFILE Successfully completed training or studies in IT or comparable qualification.
